Bloom & Grow

 A bright, colorful all occasion card using Bloom & Grow clear stamp set from Creative Impressions/My Sentiments Exactly.

A few technique tips:

• The background color was created with a wrinkle free distress technique that leaves the card stock sort of warped and un-flat.  Before I did any stamping, I laid down a lot of dry adhesive and adhered to a black card stock layer.  That black layer helped to flatten the colored panel and so gave me a flat surface and achieve crisp stamped images.
• It helps to use a positioning tool to get nice, bold images such as the Bloom & Grow sentiment (Such a a Tim Holtz Stamp Platform or a Misti).  I was able to reink and restamp that sentiment until it was solid black.
• The ribbons are glued down with matte medium and the buttons with Glossy Accents from Ranger.
