Have an Amazing Day!

 Hello Everyone:  I have a sweet card to share with you today that uses one of my favorite Creative Impressions stamp - "Have an Amazing Day":

The front of this clever fold card has three layers on it.  The bottom and first layer is one that has the edge folded back towards the center fold of the card.  Our Web Ribbon in Black (70186) was then adhered to this layer.

Now a second layer was added.  A piece of white scrap was adhered to a slightly larger black mat and then adhered slightly down from the top of the card and just a little above the bottom.  The third layer is a narrow piece of white scrap cardstock that has had "Have an Amazing Day" (DD307) stamped onto it with black ink.

Now the fun begins decorating this card front.  A piece of our 1/2" Magenta Grosgrain Ribbon was tied in a knot in the center and adhered to the card on the left side.  Then small and larger blossom flowers were added to the top and bottom of the ribbon and card. The top blossom is from the Large Heritage Sheer Blossom 60702  and a Medium White Sheer Blossom Pastel 60601.  There are attached together using a Magenta Glimmer Round from Tropical 90900.  The bottom flower is composed of a Medium Heritage Sheer Blossom (60602) with a Small Pastel Blossom ( 60501) attached together with a Black Mini Round 90102).

One of Creative Impressions beautiful Felt Butterflies in Magenta (63126) was adhered to a small piece of black scrap cardstock which was trimmed to follow the shape of the butterfly.  Then the butterfly was adhered to the lower right of the front layers.

Now for the inside of the card:

Another piece of Black Web Ribbon was adhered next to the fold on the left side of the card interior.  A piece of white cardstock was stamped with Happy Birthday (H1400) and adhered to a slightly larger black mat.  Before adhering this piece to the inside of the card, attach a Magenta Tropical Dragonfly Brad (90675) to the lower right corner of the piece and another flower made with another Medium and Small White Blossom, attached together with a Black Mini Round.  This will be added to the top right of the piece before adhering it to the inside of the card.

Isn't this an interesting card? We were sure impressed with all the fun layers used to create this card.  Hope you will try it yourself!
